Ahhhhh German Coffee
I do like products that bring back memories and for me this is a weekend go to product. I love the tatse and smell of this coffee. I admit it is pricey but when you love a product and brings back some wonderful memories then it becomes worth it. This is not a mild and wimpy coffee. It has body and will give you a good wakeup.

Old Stock from Chocolato. Do not buy from this seller
Tchibo coffee is excellent. Just had my last cup two weeks ago at a coffee shop in Germany. After two months of good coffee, I couldn't go back to American brown water. So I ordered Tchibo from a company called Chocolato here on Amazon. I, too, received nine months old stock with the vacuum seal broken. I made a cup, tasted it and poured it out. Now I doubled the amount of coffee, maybe that will at least give it some taste. The dead giveaway is certainly that it no longer smells like you opened a package of fresh coffee.Tchibo is great coffee, but do NOT buy from this seller.

Old stock of great coffee
I purchased this "sold by Amazon.com LLC" in January 2013 and got delivered packs that have less than 3 months left on the shelf life on the best before date. I am not sure what Amazon's volume is on imported German coffee, but if you buy online do yourselves a favor and buy from a vendor that makes a living peddling this stuff. The stock I got was packaged in spring 2011 - the vacuum packs are great, but I'd rather get stock that hasn't been sitting for years on a shelf in some warehouse...

Okay, but not my favorite
The coffee was fresh, but not my favorite taste. It does brew strong, but has a very strong taste like Indonesian coffee blends -- not my favorite but others may like it. I prefer Jacobs Coffee Jacobs Meister Rostung Ground Coffee.

Not real Bold
This coffee is ok, but lacks the bold taste of the Tchibo premium coffee. Although either one tastes less acidic than american coffee brands.

Best coffee ever!
Tchibo coffee is hands down the best coffee I have ever had. It is smooth-not bitter and wonderfully aromatic. Definitely worth its weight in Gold!

Poland-made, not worth the money
The coffee is made in Poland. Better than Eight O'Clock, but certainly inferior to German-made. For me, not worth the money.
