You need little practice to fill the water in the tray. But its easy to remove the ice cubes. And cube shape is also good.

Very tough to get the ice cubes out. You have to wrestle with it. And already seeing a tear in them. Don't think it'll last longer than 6 months

Returned it but do not see it as returned
I have returned this product as it wasn’t working as it should be. After giving it back I do not see it as a return on my account. Why. Tried calling customer service but didn’t get any help.

the product cause health issues!
This's a plastic garbage product, I can't imagine how come this product produced for ice which will be intake into our bodies.The smell similar to gasoline the product definitely doesn't meet the health standards!
