Amazon is not giving me refund, I am not going to still taking this supplement anymore and i am not going to buy anything for this brand either.. the provider does not care about this. This suplement is horrible, After I took 1 pill it gave me a headache... it helps you to sleep but the worst part is when you wake up because you are still with headache and the rest of your day you are dizzy or feeling tired.. I tried for 3 days and it was enough I thought was only me but I gave one pill to my husband and He said he was feeling sick all day, I dont know what's going on but it's horrible, don't buy it !!

Great stuff

I've struggled with insomnia and the prescription choices out there for decades. The only reason I give this a 4 instead of 5 is the need to take so early. It usually takes longer than an hour. The drinking the water has also had me up at night. That said, it's very gentle. Overall, I feel my sleep has improved, and I do not wake groggy. I'm on my second purchase. Not using prescriptions anymore at all and drinking less caffeine in the day.

The few people giving the product a bad review don't understand how human bodies work. These ingredients used in this formula are based on clinical studies of thousands and thousands of people. If it doesn't work for you, or makes you feel bad or wierd, it's not because the product is bad. It's because you are a genetic outlier. This product works perfectly for my genetics.

Unfortunately, the company quietly changed the product without any warning. The original version contained only a hypromellose capsule and olive oil as the inactive ingredients. The new version now includes numerous unnecessary fillers, including oat fiber, pea starch, bamboo extract, gum arabic, sunflower oil, sunflower lecithin, magnesium stearate, and silica. I specifically bought this product because it didn’t contain sunflower oils or sunflower lecithin, so this was a very disappointing surprise. If you’re going to make such a significant change, customers deserve to be clearly informed instead of receiving a completely different product. In my opinion, this feels like a cost-cutting decision that prioritizes profits over the quality that made people trust the brand. Because of this, I will no longer be purchasing Nutricost products. After years of being a loyal customer, I’ll be taking my business to companies that value ingredient quality, transparency, and the health of their customers.

Worked really well for me and helped me relax before bed. The melatonin pills actually did help me fall asleep too, but everyone reacts differently so don’t expect the exact same results. Just be realistic. It is not some miracle pill that is going to instantly knock you out. It can definitely help, but your sleep habits still matter.

This product did not work. I had vivid nightmares. I felt queasy and nauseous right before falling asleep. I do not recommend it all.
