$12 for a single box?!

Yes, some sellers are selling it for this price. Insane. I used to buy mine at Walmart in VA for $3.89 a box. (They don't sell it anymore) Can't find it anywhere I live now. There are two  A Prime offers that are cheaper than that, 3, 10 oz.boxes for about $20. Still more than Walmart, but I'm hooked on the stuff. Been buying this from Amazon for a couple of years, and the price keeps getting pricier. Don't know where you live, but check out your grocery stores. I did a thorough search online, and the prices are up everywhere. Used to buy direct from manufacturer, Attune, but I checked today and it says, "sold out."

What are Nutritional values for original Uncle Sam's cereal ?

I don't know exactly what you mean by nutritional values, but it is high in fiber and protein (10 g fiber per serving, 9 g protein per seriving) it is made of four ingredients (whole whear kernels, whole flaxseed, salt, and barley malt, and in one serving there is 210 calories, 6 g of fat (4 polyunsaturated, 1 monounsaturated). Plus you get tons of omega 3 fatty acids from the flaxseeds. Bonus goes great with Fairlife milk and strawberries.

The side panel says total carbohydrates 43g don’t know if that means net carbs. I like it because it has only four ingredients : whole grain wheat, flax seed, barley and salt.
