My 88 year old mother has moved into her dotage and has very restricted movement. She has had an issue with her bowel movements and reflux. Was looking for an ayurvedic option, including isobgul for her relief. I was introduced to it by a friend of mine. My mother takes two tablet every night and she has been delivered from the pangs of constipation that used to be her regular companion. If you have such issues as constipation or reflux you can try it out.
