The case is very sturdy and doesn't allow the inside to get smashed. The cups an lids are great, are very easy to use, and hold all my pre workout and protein powder.

I purchased these for a short trip and I like the concept. I wish that the tops were more secure so that they don’t open.

Love this travel set… I actually have a metal shaker bottle that I carry with me daily and I store inside of it two small containers out of this set with my powders for my smoothies or green drinks. I call them my energy shots. I use them when energy is lacking.
