These are for PAX2 and PAX3 only and will not fit a 3/8" tube.

How stinky is the plastic in these?

Not at all and they are quite durable too.

These fit the pax 3 plus with a silicone sleeve on it?

I believe so as they are a little stretchy with will help fit snug I have a first pax
