This is a very functional makeup mirror, with excellent lighting and magnification features. It’s good looking and fits nicely in our bathroom!

Great sized mirror with 2 sides, one magnified and one normal view. Was very easy to install, as I had a previous one of another type. The previous one lasted for years, but couldnt figure out how to replace the lighting. I like this one better as it is larger and has the magnification side. The lighting is bright like daylight. Am very happy with this purchase. Hope it lasts as long as my previous one. IF it does I would give more than 5 stars, but we wont know this for sometime, I hope. I do recommend it if you are looking for a mounted mirror.

My husband, who's undergrad degree is mechanical engineering, picked this out for me (at my request) when I was looking for a wall amounted make-up mirror. It's difficult to find a mirror that will hold up for any length of time. I have very sensitive eyes & we have 3 long-haired cats. I'm searching for & removing hair or other irritants from my eyes multiple times a day, so this mirror will get A LOT of use. When it arrived, I handed it to him for his opinion. He said it seemed to be well-made, sturdy & had something others we've bought did not. At the bottom of each hinge, there's an Allen screw. If the arms loosen over time, it should be very simple to tighten the arms so that it will not fall apart. He did say he didn't trust the screws included for hanging it, but he has plenty of them on hand, so this isn't a big deal here. If you choose this, you may want to keep that in mind. Bright light, in a good way. The magnification is perfect for me, I’m old & need to see things bigger. I’ve only had this one for a couple of weeks, so far, so good. My last one lasted 8 years, fingers crossed this one will too. I knocked off a star for the flippy function on the mirror. It’s sticks at first, then after unsticking, it moved a little too easy.

I bought this lighted mirror to use in the bathroom to get improved lighting and to get better definition when doing things like shaving. I already had a 10x mirror in another bathroom that i use regularly. But this mirror is totally unusable for me. I had read another review prior to my purchase that said it was unusable due to the closeness (4 in.) one had to get to the mirror in order to get a focus, but i thought there must have been a problem with the way she was using it. But NO! The focus in the mirror only comes in at about a distance of 4 inches from the glass, far too close to be able to use a shaver, or perhaps an eye brow pencil or something of the sort for the ladies. The resulting image looks to me to be far in excess of 10x due to the crazy amount of concave curvature of the mirror. So i returned the mirror and found another that actually worked. I would not recommend this product at all.

Arrived within 24 hours. Product was better than expected. Mirror was easy to install. Installation instructions were easy to follow.
