Stays icy cold for over 30 minutes
Love these ice packs. They are large enough to wrap around one hip or cover my entire lower back. The pack also can wrap over the front and back of a shoulder while covering neck muscles on the same side of the body. After freezing overnight the pack stays icy cold for over 30 minutes. The flexibility allows you to wrap the pack around any body part. Easy to wipe the pack clean if any dirt gets onto the pack.

Good, stays cold, but sweats
The hgel pack is a good size and stays cold. I would have given it a 5 but it sweats.

It's a much have when you're in pain.
I bought these for my total reverse shoulder replacement. They work wonders. It has 2 seams on it which makes it flexible for any position. What a great value and there is no leaks or smells that vinyl some times have. It freezes quickly and is there for any pain you need relief from. Light weight and good coverage. Having 2 helps when you have larger areas to cover.

This large Ice pad is versatile enough to wrap over an arm or leg, lean back against to soothe your spine, or lie down on for your sore shoulders. It refreezes quickly for use again and again.

Picture size DECEPTIVE
it is 13x21 as stated but the picture LIES unless the person is a small child. No way it will cover that much of a back or leg. Haven't actually tried it out yet, just annoyed at the size. Will follow up after use.

Say yes to velcro
This has come in so hand and wraps around your leg or arms and stays there with velcro and you don't need to sit still. You can do other things with out this falling off

Bait and switch
I ordered one of these and had been using it for a month. It was effective and I wanted a second for my partner. However, when the second arrived and it was a different brand, much cheaper in material, and 1/3 of the gel inside to keep it cold. I wouldn't pay $10 for this one.

So good i got a 2nd one! very good quality ice/heat pack, not those cheapy ones that leak and break. Low condensation on the icepack as well. Comfy and very adjustable staps/holder. Recommended!

Larger size very useful for cooling larger injured area.
Larger gel coolpack or heat pack. It is great size but is slightly heavier as well so not suitable to pressure sensitive post op areas.
