What is difference between this and the model 3227 other than length that makes it cost so much more?

The model 3227 is for nuts and bolts up to 1 5/16 while the longer 16 in model fits all nuts and bolts up to 1 1/2 inches. The most important factor is leverage. Remember! the longer the wrench the easier it is to tighten and/or loosen any nuts and bolts.

Does it have lifetime warranty ?

I don't know. But it is the best brand so.......

Part of the listing says for up to 1 inch and the rest of the listing says up to 1-1/2 inch for the 16” length wrench, so which is the actually fit?

1-5/8", according to the spec sheet on the klein website. The 10" and 16" both have the same max opening.

Does the 16" come with a tether hole, too? Or just the 10"?

I don't remember a hole in my 16 " adjustable. Not at home to confirm this week. I can check on Saturday.
