G is correct. But the energy labels have been revised recently to make it tougher to get an A. The thing to look at is the wattage. 7w is relatively low for a lightbulb.

No, they are a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth bulb, you need the Philips hue bridge control them. They need to be powered by a standard, non-dimmable lamp and celling fixture.
