Was introduced to this stuff by my acupuncturist. Unlike most pain relieving creams and patches , it hasn’t that horrible overpowering smell. Plus the infrared delivery in tandem with some Chinese herbs really does bring some relief for several hours. These work SO well to reduce pain. I always put them on during a back spasm and they work better than other patches! I used one patch for about 90 seconds. It burned and the adhesive was too strong for my skin. Removal was painful. The resulting rash lasted for a couple of days. Please follow the directions and do a test area first! The cream seems to work very well. Does not burn and helps with the pain.

I was introduced to this product by a Chinese medicine practitioner. For sprains and strains these products are the best! If the pain is very localized, a patch is best. If the pain is more diffuse, like low back pain, the cream is best.I have problems with my low back, and with tennis elbow, or whatever you call what happens from using a weed eater. These products have cleared the pain within 24 hours. Once the pain goes away, the damage will heal.

This order was incomplete. Only one packet of patches and lotion and was supposed to be 3 packets and lotion. Please send other packets.
