Really good juicer
I am very satisfied with this purchase, i love this machine. Easy to use, easy to put together, easy to clean. Nothing to complain about so far. I don't have a lot of counter space so the size is perfect for me. But for a family it may be a little bit small. I am happy I bought this one.

Breaks easily- poor customer service
We bought two of these. Both broke. I had to fight like mad for them to agree to send a replacement part for the second one because I neglected to take a photo of the damaged piece prior to discarding. Out of stock for six months. Buy another brand.

Check where it is coming from, voltage and frequency
Great product but check where it is sourced from. Mine arrived and was from the US so 60Hz and 110V so no good for use in the UK. Eventually got one from Juicers.UK cheaper and with additional gifts.

Satisfied
I use it to juice beets, carrots, and celery. The juice has a little foam. Preparing the vegetables, and washing and cleaning the machine, is time cosuming.

Lots of juice
Very quiet, the pulp is really dry when it comes out, works faster than I thought it would. The filter has to cleaned every so often when one has a lot of fruit. Apples, etc. have to be cut fairly small. Overall, this juicer is great, I get so much more juice than with a centrifugal juicer.
