The USB Flash Drive delivers all it promises, great storage, compatible with iPhone, iPad and PC and easy to use. The reason I gave this device 4 stars is that I had to hunt around to find the app and instructions required to use this USB Flash Drive on your iPad/iPhone/PC; it wasn't listed anywhere in the included warranty card (no instructions provided with device) and wasn't readily searchable (I tried UGreen or USB Flash Drive without results).I finally found the instructions when I went back to the Amazon page in the product details which stated to install an app called called 'Green Disk.' This free app seems relatively straight forward to use and includes the instructions which should have been printed and included with the drive. I ask the manufacturer to please make this simple correction.

This product stopped working the second time plugged it in. It got so hot that it burnt my hand. I can't access the info that I stored on it. I may have had a bad one in the bunch, but if you purchase this item, make sure to test it first and not save any important info on it until you are sure.

They just didn't work and I tried to contact someone for help and got no response. I mistakenly tried to use the with some confidential info because I assumed they would work and now I don't want to have them get into anyone else's hands and expose my information. Big mistake!

La memoria es muy pequeña y de excelente calidad, tenía mis dudas pero al recibirla quedé encantado con la calidad del producto. Se conecta fácil al teléfono y iPad y reproduce los archivos al instante.Reproducción de video:- No reproduce videos de la biblioteca de itunes ya que están protegidos (creo que ninguna de estas memorias, sin importar la marca, lo hacen)- Reproduce videos y películas almacenadas en la memoria usando la app de administración de la memoria, hasta el momento he probado videos en formato mp4, m4v y mkv y los reproduce sin problema.- Si el video tiene diferentes subtítulos y audios integrados podrás seleccionarlos sin problema.- A pesar de mostrar archivos externos de subtítulos .srt y poderlos seleccionar los subtítulos no se muestran en la película, no he probado otros formatos como .sub- Puedes abrir las películas almacenadas en la memoria en otro reproductor que no sea el de la app de ugreen como vlc, sin embargo no he encontrado la forma de agregar los subtítulos en vlc jalándolos de la memoria ugreen. La única solución que he encontrado es crear archivos m4v con handbrake que tengan los subtítulos integrados a la película para así poderlos seleccionar aunque esto representa tiempo.Fotografías:- Puedes ver fotos almacenadas en el dispositivo y en la memoria.- Puedes tomar fotos y videos y grabarlos directamente en la memoria usb para no gastar espacio en tu iphone.Música:- No reproduce música de la biblioteca de iTunes.- Reproduce mp3 con la app de ugreenPuedes abrir archivos pdf y word sin problema, puedes cambiar de nombre a los archivos o moverlos de carpetas a tu conveniencia. Es un muy buen producto.

Well finally what can I say the lack of storage and ability to add storage has been a pain, this little flash drive does just that, photos, videos, even documents I can place on here, it’s a simple app but once installed simply plug and play, the Security options are great, password or fingerprint to protect your photos and items, good strong design
