It paid for itself the first time I used it. The interface is easy to use and the codes all come out in the extensive reports. I was able to DIY repair my truck in a week which had stumped me for years. Mechanic wanted $2K for the fix and no guarantee. I was able to get it done for the cost of this diagnostic computer plus some small parts and sensors and my time. Also got me out of a lemon a dealership was trying to sell me. Every automotive enthusiast should own one of these.

NOTICE! Be real careful of this seller. From my review comments below which were not negative, just noting the unit was not for me. I got an message on Amazon that they wanted me happy and offered a "Full Refund". I couldn't believe it as it sounded too good to be true (you know what that means) as it was almost 1 year after I purchased the unit. After multiple emails with "Aimee" (I'm sure not a real person and no signature) I was told I had to email another "department"??? Should have been a red flag but I did. That did not go thru so Aimee sent another message with 3 attachments (I didn't open). This is when I smartened up and reported the seller. I'm done with Foxwell and advise extreme caution if you purchase any of their products. If they aren't aware of a scammer, they should be as everything went thru Amazon messages related to the purchase. Live an learn! Probably more tool than I needed. I don't find it user friendly and originally bought it to reset TPMS on my Silverado. Multiple attempts have failed so I wish I hadn't purchased it as I really don't need the diagnostic features very often to justify the cost. There are no clear instructions or Youtube videos showing exactly what to do to reset the TPMS that I have found. Going to try the cheap tools you put on the tire to pick up the sensor and see if that does it but not confident that will work either. Software is responsive and I'm an Android guy so it makes sense using it. Just a weekend warrior in the garage so not smart enough to make this work for me.

Works well but difficult to figure out imjector coding

When you first turn the unit on it wants to go through a set up procedure. During the setup feature it will Register your new product, Set up an account And then update the unit. Unfortunately during this procedure it has to go online and download a code To do all of this. Now the problem is it never sends you the code no matter how many times you try to do it it will not send you the access code. And you also only have 60 seconds from the time you request the code to enter the code. I've gone to the manufacturer in China and left a message with no answer. I've gone to Amazon and was told to go to the Seller and ask them, but I've got To wait 2 days to hear back from them to see what to do next, After writing them an email. Show I gyes if I don't hear anything back in the next 2 days I will be returning this product. Is buyer beware..... ***update***..I received multiple messages the same day of this post and they set up my account for me and now everything is good. The system is fully updated and registered. Customer support at Foxwell (manufacturer) and Obdzon (seller) were fast, efficient and polite. Very happy at this point. So I changed my star rating. 8/23/25 have found multiple instances that features are not available when I try to use them. I think most of them are related to what it titles as live tests.

So far I am absolutely loving this thing what a game changer for me. My last scanner was very basic and limited on what it could do. For me this is like going from a peddle car to a Lamborghini. It’s easy to use and I feel it is worth the investment.

Needed a replacement for my first do well product and wanted more features. This is a great tool and has work great. One of the main things was looking for airbag reset and transmission adaptation and this one was a success. Will continue to use foxwell products.

Update. Scanner is working perfect now. I had an issue but foxwell and the sellers were able to assist within 24 hours. It’s a one of a kind scanners and does the job with lots of features. OLD REVIEW: So I can’t read any vehicle codes because when you create an account you need to activate the serial number in order to get updates… but this certain serial number had apparently been activated by someone else so I cannot access the applications!!! I tried reaching out to fox well but if they can’t help me then possibly will return. Not sure why a “new” product would already be activated…
