how do you know what size to order?

I tried to order all sizes and Amazon sent med. while too large these worked, blocked the allergens. I re ordered small and haven't needed them since.

How do you know what size to order?

I'm 4'11" so anything I order has to be the closest to a child's size as possible. I'd say if you're an average sized person with average size nostrils the prob medium will work. I love this product btw. Masks are always so hot and these are perfect and lay the whole day!

How do you know the size o buy?

I usually buy med which is a little larger than I need but it’s easier to use. For women small and med should be fine and for guys I would go med or large unless you have small features.
