I will NEVER buy a prebuild PC again!
I will NEVER buy a prebuild PC again! If you have ever built a Gaming PC and are thinking " I don't want to put up with the troubles of building a PC this time" FULL STOP! This "thing" is nothing but trouble. The cooling fan is a death trap, but if you put in a real cooling unit the case is so small you will have to make modifications. The power button wasn't connected and half the USP ports don't work. Now Asus wants me to take it to Best Buy for tech support.

Fast, reliable and great video
This is a great gamer computer or for your home office. I use it as both.

Cooler was not seated correctly,
Out of box the Machine crashed under mild loads, Thermal paste was only on a small portion of heatsink. Bought a water cooler and seen the paste issue and it fixed the crashes. Great machine now!

Powerful computer but issues with cpu cooling. MUST UPGRADE THE CPU COOLING SYSTEM.
When I turned on the PC, the cpu fan started running at full speed, making a lot of noise. It was odd, so I checked the CPU temperature and it was at 100°C, and I wasn't even running any power consuming program. I turned the computer off immediately and open it up to check the cooler. I noticed that it wasn't properly attached to the CPU, as the thermal paste was only on the cooler part, with only very little paste on the CPU, which indicated that the two parts were not in contact as they should be. So I reassembled it properly and it got better, but the overheating issues persisted. I replaced the cpu cooling system with a crosshair watercooler and the thing runs like a beast now. So I highly recommend upgrading your cooling system to prevent damage and get a better performance. Other than that, the PC is very powerful. It runs COD Warzone at 150 fps on medium textures. It probably can get higher fps count if you lower the graphic settings. Another thing you should be aware of is that the seller High Tech Geek doesn't accept the return even if the product is damaged. Once you opened the box, be ready to be dealing directly with the manufacturer or amazon. High Tech Geek offers a repair only guarantee, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Had I known it before, I would not have bought it from them, and I will never again purchase anything from this seller.
