Will work on 11th gen f150 04-08
I bought this for my 08 f150 as the factory one was worn out. As another reviewer mentioned, amazon says it wont fit my truck but it does the job fine. Use a dremel and cut the factory crimp off, attach all wires to new lead, and you're good to go. No more loose battery cable and wondering if the truck will start.

Will Fit 2010 F -150 even though Amazon fit check says no
Works great. Will save you over a 1K in cost for part and labor if you went to the dealer. Dealer only will sell you whole wire harness replacement. Important do not cut the crimp old terminal connection off. Use a drimel to cut the crimped terminal off. Split it open on the side. You will need the hole length of wire to reconnect to battery. Google it. Apparently ford made the battery cables just the right length so you could not do you own repair if you cut the crimp end off. Took 20 minutes to fix. Easy.
