OCR 2.54mm Breakaway PCB Board Header Connector Assortment Kit for Arduino Shield (110pcs)

I needed pin headers for a project I'm working on (specifically 10 pin) so I ordered this because it had the parts I needed and more in an "organized" case. First thing I noticed was that the case had no latch (as shown on the pictures). There were 2 inside the case, but they don't fit the case (the hinge pins that should hold the latch on are broken), because the latches were inside the closed case it is apparent it left the factory/seller that way. There is no label telling you what pieces there should be, how many of each, and how they should be organized (as pictured in the ad). The box was not organized, there were pieces of different sizes in the same compartments, no big deal I just went through and organized them, but as I did so I discovered that the count was off. The Assortment I received only had 102 pieces, missing some 4,6,8,&10 pin headers.Upon inspection of the headers, some have significant flash inside the pin holes themselves. so far I have been able to punch through with the male pins but I could see this causing issues.
