Product works well Would buy again

Recently had hernia surgery and took way more painkillers than anticipated. Started taking this activated charcoal to help me get back to my usual bowel routine and rid myself of the gasiness. Also helps with high cholesterol so it's going to be a staple for me now.

I have tried several other activated charcoal products on the market and this one feels the most clean that I’ve tried. I can feel a noticeable difference between Antler Farm and other products on Amazon and the grocery stores. I highly recommend to anyone looking for activated charcoal caps. The caps are high quality good ingredients, and the charcoal itself is of the highest quality as well. I’m glad I found this supplement and will continue to be a long time customer. 5/5 recommend to anyone on the fence!

Works as expected. However, I am not a big fan of clear bottles, though, as they expose the product to the sunlight.

I was trying to detox and used these with no adverse effects, and I did have an upset stomach one day and two of these took it right away.

I started intermittent fasting 18:6 hours about 6 months ago and have recently tried 24 hour water/electrolyte fasts once per month on the weekends. This past weekend I incorporated Antler Farm's Activated Charcoal into my fasting routine to see how it would be different from a previous "baseline" 24 hour water/electrolyte fast. Saturday night 7PM - I ate a nice ribeye steak, coconut shrimp, rice, and salad for dinner Sunday morning around 8AM - First thing I did was drink a water and Key Nutrient's zero calorie electrolyte mix Sunday 11AM - I am cranky and want to eat something, but experience tells me this feeling will pass Sunday afternoon 12PM - I took two capsules of Antler Farms activated charcoal with no issues Sunday 2PM - I start to feel clarity and start thinking about how little I need and the experiences I want to have in life. This feeling is not too different from drinking rooibos tea, this kind of makes sense since rooibos has a high amount of anti-oxidants that absorb free radicals. Sunday 5PM - I drink a mix of Topo Chico and zero calorie electrolyte mix to hold me over until 9PM Sunday 6PM - I set an order on Uber Eats to come at 7PM and am struggling at this point, luckily moving around and taking a walk helps. I am glad I took the activated charcoal and am going to incorporate it into my fasting regimen.

Works as described

I am one who agrees that companies should strive to make the best products instead of the biggest profits. I have taken these a few times over the last few weeks. I am not on any medications to be concerned about, just wanted to remove toxins from my body. I love that the source is organic. The capsules are one the smaller side, when compared to cinnamon capsules. And as one who has a sensitive sense of smell, they have no smell (which was expected). So far so good! No side effects, no concerns.
