The youtube videos always show adults. manufacturer says up to 15 years. what's the real age limit?

Could a kid sit on this and ride down a grassy hill?

Yes, my kids have done down the slight hill in our backyard. Waxing the bottom makes it even faster.

Does this scratch wooden floors?

No, we have two boards plus hard woods throughout our home. The kids have played with them inside & out (on cement). The bottom of the boards are scratched but they have not scratched our dark hard wood floors.
