I've bought it for pre and post workout stretching but I saw that my wife is using it for strength resistance training and assisted pull ups. It's very useful. It's thick and nice resistance. I recommend it.

I received it one block of latex it just melted and stick to each other on the way but I managed to fix it

It really helped me in performing my first muscle ups And you can perform a lot of exercises with just 3 bands. This band is really Durable. Until now 07/April/2023. It almost a year and it's still very elastic and flexible. Highly recommended.

Bad product comes is very Bad condition sticky and color less I don't recomend I thought i was buying a good brand they are cheating they don't check their product before shipping to constumers I am really disappointed for losing my moneyI even cannot return I took the product & went at sea offshoreDon't buy this is my advise they don't respect customers
