Minor's Chicken Base

This is, by far, the best chicken base. I use it for soups, gravy and anywhere I need broth. 'I've worked in restaurants for 35 years and this was they're go-to base. Very "chicken-y"! Very good!

I love this product. I've been buying this for years. Its so convenient, i leave it in the refrigerator and can make chicken broth whenever i need it. Its very high quality broth.

I have tried approximately 6 other similar products. Minor’ s Beef Base has won over all the others as my favorite. I drink a cup or 2 every evening after taking my medications. I have some swallowing issues with a couple of my pills and this helps them to get where they are supposed to be! It has great beef flavor. I use it when cooking a beef roast as seasoning and broth for baking that enhances the roast flavor and tenderness. The only disadvantage to the broth is if I use too much, there is too much saltiness for my taste. I have tried the low sodium product but I did not like it as much as the original one.

I’ve been looking for a tasty storable vegetable stock for years and this fits the bill. I discovered it when I ate an absolutely delicious vegetarian paella in Woodstock VT. The chef told me he used Minots and I’ve been using it ever since. Highly recommended!

This chicken stock base has delicious flavor. I use it in soups, gravy, etc. My only complaint is that it is too salty! And, I love salty food. Minor needs to make a lower sodium version.

Great stuff!I make a peasants breakfast with it . 1 slice of stale baguette in a bowl ,cover it with the au jus , an over easy egg on top, a sprinkle of Parmesan, dash of pepper and Lawry's season salt, torch the cheese a little brown. Voila'.

I love this stuff it taste just like the other one that you’re getting in the store, but you get a bigger container and a lower price because it’s a bigger container last forever. Great flavoring will buy again.

Wow, a total game changer to use for a gravy base. Added the few tablespoons of drippings I was able to get from the prime rib roast, water and corn starch and everyone raved about the gravy! Absolutely delicious and tasted nothing like boring bullion!!
