How easy is this device to remove? Some days I have limited upper body mobility and need something I can take off quickly without a lot of twisting.

Undo widest strap across your chest then with opposite hand lift off shoulder then reshape it before storing it flat for next use. I really like mine.

Does it help the body? Is the effect of improving low back pain obvious?

Yes, it has helped my body, no doubt. I use it for two or three hours in the morning and can feel that I am keeping good posture the rest of the day. I can't comment on back pain because I didn't have any, I am just using it for cosmetic reasons. It is very comfortable.

It’s washable, just make sure you set the washing machine on delicate or it will be best if you hand wash it.
