I like this vitamin in the liquid form as easily absorbed by the body. However, the taste was much better before. It's not a bad taste, but the liquid is a little darker and not as pleasant tasting as it used to be. Cost is a little expensive, so the value for you money is a little small, I wish it was a bit cheaper, but still comparable with pills, which I hate to take and are not as effective. After taking this, I get a good boost all day, have more energy to expend.

First of all….DO NOT judge this by the way it smells upon delivery!!! It smells like pure toxic-waste, until chilled. It is absolutely foul at first, but it won’t stay that way! They clearly warn you of that. I looked it up too, just to get a balanced idea of what’s true. This is completely normal apparently, and the smell absolutely DOES change after being chilled. I actually find it delicious now, it reminds me of a big helping of nutritional yeast flakes. And it feels that way in my body after taking it. I wish I hadn’t tried this now. Because when it’s gone, I am definitely going to miss it. The current price is close to $40, and I can’t afford that on a regular basis. I have a hard time getting and keeping various B-vitamins, due to a few health conditions, habits and general biology. I already have to take a very expensive supplement to help my body process B vitamins. I don’t know yet, if I am willing to tack this on too? If it was cheaper, it would be a solid YES! That said, I feel a pretty quick perk-up when I take this. I actually love the taste and look forward to it now. Must be kept in the fridge!! I haven’t been on it long enough to declare that it’s working the way they claim. But it does seem to be helping. I’ll probably end up getting more. I really do believe this a good product! If you can afford it, give it a shot. Just follow their advice on how to use it. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

The Aurora Nutrascience, Mega-Liposomal B-Complex + Vitamin C may be pricy, but it is a superior way to get highly bioavailable/absorbable versions of these beneficial vitamins. Said nutrients come in good doses and you can moderate how much you get by drinking more or less. C and B complex vitamins are water-soluble, so there is little worry about overdosing on them, not that it would be a concern here. Just pour about 15 ml into the included dosage cup and take on an empty stomach. The liquid is thick but is easy to get down as the fruity banana flavor is mild. I usually add a bit of water afterward to get all of the supplement and to rinse the yellow color off my teeth. Mega-Liposoma has a slightly bitter aftertaste. Manufactured in Canada ~ Kort

My husband and I prefer taking supplements in drinkable form whenever possible. I like that this formula incorporates liposomal delivery for optimal Vitamin B absorption. Even though the liquid is advertised as having a fruity flavor, it’s also hard to mask the distinctive taste of B vitamins—we still detect a slight metallic overtone. Even so, this is very palatable and only 1 tablespoon is suggested per daily serving. I appreciate supplement companies that aren’t afraid to supply pertinent details about their products and themselves. Vida Lifescience (distributors) and Aurora Nutrascience (manufacturers) do just that—they have reputable websites and reliable customer support.

I’ll finish the one i purchased but i won’t purchase again. It has a horrible aftertaste. I enjoy (and look forward to) taking the Vitamin C formula each morning but the B complex formula is a HARD pass.

I LOVE this supplement. I teach group fitness and need serious energy and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate my students and this supplement makes a noticeable difference in my energy levels. I did not expect it to help as much as it did, but seriously it works. But this very important: you have to refrigerate this stuff to help with the taste. The smell of it at first completely turned me off. I did not expect to like this product. However, after chilling the supplement, it tastes fine and doesn't smell bad and like I said, you notice the potency of the supplement within an hour or hours. I'm a total fan now. I take a lot of supplements and some chewables, but have never taken a liposomal product. Read up about the science behind how your body absorbs the vitamins, it's very interesting. Absolutely would recommend. It's pricey but it works and makes a huge difference. Love this product.
