Drone Strobe Light, FAA-compliant Anti Collision Strobe (3pcs)

Very bright, and they do have 3 patterns for each color. These are really small and lightweight, and they will work great on my Air 3S. The only thing I did was seal the openings of these woth hot glue, so if Im flying amd run into precipitation, water cant find its way past the heat shrink wrapped circuit boards that there use to hold the baytery against the board, as well as protective covering. They cane with a charger for each light, (I got the set of 3) and they cane with pre-cut pieces of the rigid velcro to mount with. They each came in their own hard case, with instructions and pattern flow chart to show how the singular button presses will change patterns. They are very bright on white which had 3 l.e.d.'s, and the red and green only have 1 each, so not as bright on those, but that doesn't matter much as those are more for orientation than aircraft warning. Overall I think these are good quality, and I will check back in after some use. They have a pretty big single cell li-po battery, so I would imagine they will last several flights before charging is needed. I do recommend these to anyone looking for minimal weight beimg added, as these are simply a board and battery wrapped in heat shrink.

I bought this in the pack of 3 which was available at the time I purchased. Each one comes with a small velcro attachment and charging cable, charging didn't take long. I haven't been able to test how long it takes for the battery to drain as I've only flown with one of them for about 30 or so minutes on strobe mode right after sunset, the one that you see in the attached video which is the strobe flashing all colors, white, green and red all at once but seeing the red and green on this would be hard because the white itself is so bright and is three LEDs. There is a small button to turn it on holding it for a second or two and short press to cycle through the light options (steady on, flashing and strobe) on each color white, red, green and then all of them together. A long press on the button when it's on will turn it off. They are small and easy to attach with the supplied velcro. I did have them flashing on strobe for more than an hour without the battery dying, my drone batteries don't last that long and I don't plan on flying much at night, got these to be in compliance with FAA rules when I do start flying more at night. I've only attached one to the top of my drone, may add the other two as navigation lights on the arms and have them flash instead of strobe, one green and one red. If you do turn them on solid they will get warm to the touch, especially if you set it to all colors on steady, the white is extremely bright with three LEDs the green and red are one LED each.

Good product but none of the sticky Velcro tape that came with it would pull the backing paper off without taking the adhesive with it. Had to buy extra which is a shame.

I got a set of 3 of these for night flights on my Mavic Air 2. They are small but really really bright. I put one on top that strobes white, one on a rear arm that strobes red, and one on the opposite front arm that strobes green. I flew out 1000m (over .5 miles) at 400m of altitude and I could clearly see my drone off in the distance. The visibility really amazed me. The remember the color and mode you set them to last which is great! They are very light in weight. My only gripe is the provided velcro is terrible. It peels right off the drone. I ordered some Velcro brand velcro which works FAR better. I still have to wiggle the light to make sure it gets a good grip, but the velcro is now stuck very well to the drone and won't be peeling off any time soon. Finally a reasonably priced set of drone lights that are small AND bright!

These things are BRIGHT!! Definitely fulfill the 3mi FAA requirement for night flights. Just be aware they do add a bit of weight to a drone and can push it over 250g. Battery life is a bit short but will easily last a couple batteries on the drone.

Super tiny, the velcro that comes with is kind of useless. Get some of the hard plastic lock velcro and it is more secure. The normal soft velcro doesn't hold super secure as it is so small there isn't a lot of area for the thing to hold on with. The 3M hard plastic lock velcro works way better and it clicks on and stays. Have flown a lot with them on and they work great, it really helps to see the drone. Even in bright daylight with this on there you can see the blinky white light if you look away to look at your screen and then look back at the sky you can find it again.

Bought a 3 pack and be careful turning them on because they are so bright you'll see spots lol. Hadn't got a chance to test them fully but will update if I find any issues. I think they'll be a great easy addition to your street league race quads for an easy LED spec of they are not too bright and blind other pilots. There are 3 modes as well as white, green, red and multi colors. Short flash, long flash, and solid are the 3 modes mentioned.

So bright for something so small. Bought three for a Mavic air 2 and very happy. Just clean your plastic properly for the velcro patches to stick on. I was alittle worried about how well the light stuck to the velcro, so I twist and wriggle the lights to the mounting velcro patches, so far they haven't fallen off. Night flights are so easy to see them working. Look like a UFO or hovering helicopter. Different colours are easy to choose but be gentle with the button as it's small. You will be genuinely surprised by the size and light output but in a good way 👍🏽 hope this helps

These are bright and very light with nice Velcro mounts supplied for your drone. Best charged with their own supplied cable.

Ten minutes after testing this strobe I still can't see properly. This is absolutely more than I expected, I can't believe this little gadget can do more than it's capacity. I need more star to add to the five I've already given.
