Exactly what I expected. A metal version of these, in the classic size and shape. Notably more torque than my old plastic balls. Slightly deeper, quieter tone. Theres a convenient wind-up self start as well. You can exercise from fingers to shoulder by adjusting your grip. Lock your wrist/forearm/elbow in place and feel the force shift up into different muscle groups.

Doesn't work as advertised.

I had high hopes for the Gyro ball. And I believe it works very well. It was a challenge to get the hang of it, but once I did, it does work. It takes some getting used to, but it was not for me. It gives you a good workout, but don’t overdo it because you can strain yourself. After all was said and done after a couple of days I returned it. I believe it is best suited for a younger age group and mostly for a boys and men. I would still give the Gyro ball 4 stars because it is a solid and brilliant piece of art and for the right person could be effective. Good luck on deciding to get it or not.

The gyro ball well-built and of high quality. My forearm and wrist muscles are getting a good workout. The spin rate and durability lasts a long time.

Bought this for my father who has Parkinson’s to attempt to help with hand strength and coordination. He has difficulty winding the ball, which is not a problem with the device, but it doesn’t seem to spin very long fully wound. It also doesn’t seem to spin with enough force to be helpful. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Well with great anticipation I received my tongue ball and seem to be well made with nice packaging just one thing wrong it doesn’t work poor direction doesn’t help but I fooled with it for 3 hours and nothing wind it up and no matter what you do it unwinds in about a minute and I really wisher it had it would have just what I needed this one is one of the highest rated so give up on torque balls I’m beginning to smell a hoax save your money try something else besides a torque ball I don’t think any more worth a damn

I don't want to bash this product, it's a fascinating thing and my only complaint is the latch that catches the spring mechanism was stuck open upon arrival. After disassembly I ended up having to drill a larger hole for the latch to pivot freely and catch the spring mechanism. After that was finished and reassembled, it's worked like a charm. I would give it 5 stars if it had worked right out of the box.
