Provides the right amount of padding & compression for my bursitis so I can still do my workouts & normal activities. Also provides padded protection from further bumping the elbow.

This product is perfect! Very well designed! It is comfortable yet tough at Velcro straps too allow arm motion without snapping off. At first glance the straps seem too large to go through the loops, but that is not the case: the straps are made of a soft cushion-like material that comes through the loops with a little bit of maneuvering. It easier to adjust the brace once you have it on your arm. The straps indeed can adjust to even skinny arms. I suspect that the reviewers claiming that the product is too large did not try to pull the straps through the loops, which a first glance seems impossible. This is a great product and the fit is perfectly adjustable for everyone. The manufacturer just needs to provide better usage instructions to the customers.

This is the only product I found that actually did what I needed it to do for my bursitis, compression and padding. However, the straps and buckles are awful. They are huge, restrict your arm movement, and dig into your biceps and lower arm causing bruising. Once I cut those off, I had what I needed. The elastic sleeve is comfortable but could be a bit more robust. I've bought two and will buy another if my bursitis takes that long to heal!

I have olecranon bursitis in my elbow and I want to see if pressure will reduce the fluid buildup. I was previously using an all-cloth forearm compression sleeve and I thought this might be more comfortable since it's adjustable and it's shorter. Boy was I wrong! At least so far... The padded section is good and the build quality is fine. But when it's tight enough to be effective, the Velcro "hook" straps dig into my skin and continually irritates it, particularly when I bend my elbow (see photos, after less than two hours). I think the problem is the hook-side straps are too wide. If they (only -- not the neoprene counterparts where they stick) were narrower as in my photo, as the elbow is bent the sharp plastic edges of the strap would be protected on each side by the neoprene as it wrapped around them, thus preventing them from digging into the skin. Also, there's a tremendous amount of adhesion when they're stuck down and it takes multiple tries to pull it loose, in fact. If they were narrower there would still be MORE than enough adhesion but would be easier to pull apart. Also I'm not sure why the buckles are attached with loop-side Velcro. Is there some alternate way to anchor that I'm not seeing? I'll keep trying and experimenting, but this is literally irritating. Maybe I need to trim the straps myself. [ UPDATE ] -- I trimmed down the hook-side Velcro straps to make them about 1/2" narrower and I wrapped the area where they're stitched onto the neoprene fabric with stretchy black KT tape (Kinesiology tape). That's a big improvement although at times it still irritates. But it's better. There's still more than enough adhesion between the two Velcro parts. In fact, if the straps were even narrower it might still be better. Again, we'll see...

It is working great

Pros: - the brace has nice padding and will protect your elbow from accidental hits and bump ins. Cons: - NOT designed to put on with one hand! I struggled with it for a bit, then decided to ask for help, and the second person struggled to put it on with BOTH hands! The straps are too short to try and affix and then try to slide your arm in—BAD DESIGN! - too large (even in a Small size) for an average woman’s hand. - too stiff—after about 30 minutes of wearing it my arm started to go numb a bit, due to the fact that the Velcro straps had to be tightened (see precious item about the brace not being designed for a woman’s arm).

This has a very restricting non-removable sleeve that is not shown in the product image. The pad is unacceptably restricting and prevents full mobility of the elbow. Additionally the sleeve makes it uncomfortable.

I'm retired, in old as dirt, and when I lay it roll around under a vehicle my knees or elbows take a beating. Not anymore, these are thick and no aches or pressure point pains.

Despite the description referring to 2 sizes, the product appears to come only in one size. Not had time to fully try it yet but it fits me and I would have been the L size. Appears to be well made.
