Great Craft Knife That's Easy On The Hands...
Much easier to use and easier on the hands than my old metal craft knives. I love the chubby handle and comfort grip, as well as the fact that the blade still locks into place securely. Can't beat the price I paid, either, even with a craft store coupon (it was $2.46 when I purchased it). I'd rank it a 4.5 out of 5 as I do think it's a bit large to be making tight/precision cuts with, but overall, I really love it and think it works well.

It's better than my old Xacto knife
I needed a craft knife that was easier to use and safer for the kids cutting out some papercraft stuff and I liked it well enough that I stole it back. I like the blade release with adjustable tension and it doesn't hurt your hands after using it for a while. I carved an 8x10 basswood panel with it

Works well when tightened
This works well, is easy to hold and manipulate. I did learn that you have to ull out and twist the lever on the end of the handle to tighten the grip on the razer blade. Some reviewers complained that the blade was loose. That might be why. I wish the blade cover was better. Its flimsy and just has thin straps of plastic so it's not one solid piece. I ended up making my own blade cover. I do like that I can use different sized blades. Overall, this has worked well.

I really like the easy grip handle!
I've had Fiskars products of all types for many years - decades. Most are still in use because they work. This little craft knife is no exception. I really like the easy grip handle, versus the traditional longer and slimmer versions. I think it's easier to get a good grip when I need a deeper cut. I also like that I can use other blade types interchangeably.

Makes Cutting SO much easier!
I do low-poly art which involves a lot of exact cutting. I was only able to cut a page or 2 before I would need a long break to let my tired and sore hand recover. This knife fixed that so I was able to cut pretty much as many pages as I wanted to at a time. The handle fits my hands (which I've been told are on the small side) very well and it reduces the down pressure needed to get a clean cut. I cut card stock with this and absolutely love it. The only cutting I do that is easier than this is with a machine.

Strong, form fitting handle, quick blade changes!
This knife is a must for hobbyists when it comes to having to make precision cuts in materials that are not so easy to cut through. The #2 blade gives you the toughness and the easy grip handle makes it easy to maneuver while cutting around curves and bends. The quick blade release makes for fast easy blade changes.

Great precision cutting for foam board
The grip on the handle is very comfortable and allows great control over the cut. It cuts foam board like butter.

I was so disappointed by this. I was excited to get this for my birthday, thinking it's going to be stronger then my old #11 knife. The tip of the blade broke off within the first 10 minutes of using it and after a day of use the rubber grip tore apart.
