Fast and easy but dangerous
BE CAREFUL. Do not use without the safety handle. Like many other reviews I suffered an injury. Using the safety handle it sliced like a dream. Super sharp, fast, and almost no time or effort. Sliced a perfect onion. I wondered why I had gone so long without one. Then thought I would quickly try a cabbage without the safety handle and it took off my fingertip. Use slowly and with caution. I think it will work on basically anything.

Great l for slicing onions thinly slicing cucumbers uniformly. Slicing peppers. Makes a salad look perfect abd takes no time at all
