Just get the real Huy-Fong Sriracha, I was tricked into buying this as it looks a exact copy
This sauce has got nothing on the original 'Rooster' brand Huy fong sriracha. Although it looks the same, the flavor lacks the complexity and umami taste you get from the real deal. In my opinion, if you know what actual sriracha tastes like just steer clear of this one, and spend a little extra to avoid disappointment.

Love this sauce!
This sauce is great. It's common in my home country but I couldn't find it in the supermarkets in our vicinity. It was a good idea to check Amazon: You'll find it in all sizes and flavors. This Thai sauce is a little spicy and sweet with a hint of garlic. We use it for meat dishes, but it also suits fish or as a potato chip/nacho dip for parties. The 200ml size is also perfect for people who like to enjoy this sauce sometimes and not worry about it going bad. It will stay good for about 3-4 weeks if you keep it refrigerated after opening.
