That was exactly my case! Berta frameless full overlay hinges worked for me. You just have to adjust for 1/2 inch overlay after installing

can these be inserted with a blum minipress

The Blum Press would work fine if you already own one, but you do not need it- you can simply use a handheld drill and a 1 3/8" forester bit to drill the 1/2 " deep hole needed for the hinge.
