Markwort ForceField Protective Head Band (Blue)

I have two Keepers(soccer) in my house and they both wear while in or out of net and love them. My oldest took a knee to the head with this on and said it absorbed most if not all of the blow(which he rated as not the hardest blow). They seem to do what they are designed to do

My son used this headband in every HS Varsity soccer game once we got it, and he really liked it. He said using it really helped with the impact of a hard, cold ball during "head" recoveries of ball on defense. I liked that it is easy maintenance, just wash and air dry.

comfort is great. we will see how well it works soon. Lacrosse tournament coming up soon, my daughter plans on wearing it.

Loved it bought it again

The headband did not stay on. It does not provide cushion all the way around. It just didn't work out.

I bought for work after 40 years of wishing for fall protection head gear that did not make me look like a mental patient who is afraid to climb. I tried to wrap it around a very large vase overnight to stretch it, but it still gave me a headache after 1 hour and I gave up wearing it. The sides of my head had no protection and I figured I might add my own padding at the sides eventually. But being very painful to wear, I am really still at square 1. But I did get the constant verbal jibes by customers and random people walking down the street that I got testing skate and bike helmets when climbing. All are uncomfortable, hot. But in theory I could wear this, as it does not seem stigmatized like the other solutions. However, the headache it gave me is still hurting 2 days later. Of course, it is probably not all that bad for everyone. Probably, if I stuck it out a week, letting it stretch over the huge vase each night, it might break in.

This headband fits nicely and several girls on our soccer team wear them. It is rather wide and not very fashionable, but it does a good job protecting.

My daughter has already been saved from concussion while wearing this. I don't think kids should be playing soccer without one.
