Disc wouldn't stay in the computer. Went to site and downloaded. Ran the software as suggested. Saw a little improvement in speed some of the time. My iCal calendar however wouldn't work. Error when I opened it most of the time. When it would open all the data was gone. I ended up restarting the computer and it came back, slowly filling in the data. Data probably came back from iCloud.Note I was doing this on a weekend - when disc problem happened I opened a support ticket. They wrote back on Monday advising to download it from their site. I had already done that but disappointed the disc doesn't work. Perhaps my older iMac is a reason for this.I also opened a separate ticket because of the calendar issue. Not sure I should use the software going forward if this will happen every time and not inclined to schedule clean ups. They haven't responded to that ticket yet.At this point I don't recommend the software.

Cleans up quickly but have to have basic understanding of Mac OS or can screw up system. Use options to skip calendar or other personal settings. Can turn on or off per application. Will clean cookies and cache in each unless you tell it not to. Good for cleaning up garbage slowing downloads. Do once a month or after upgrading. Does not clean virus or Trojan but you can see them in bloated files and reset them. Download directly and install. Disc is useful for locked up Mac restart with control C. Call for help.
