Can you turn off the music light show?

Double click or hold the CH button it’s located below the power button. I can’t remember which one worked but it’s one of the two.

When you turn it off does it turn off power to the usb ports as well?

I Haven't Plugged Anything In To See If That Works. I Just Use it For The Bluetooth Part.

Will the music from my phone stop if the fm station it is tuned into becomes weak?

No, as long as the FM transmitter is on the same station number as the radio the music should not stop. I suggest using an unused radio station at or near the upper end of the spectrum which are usually not used by radio stations and will have the least interference. With use I have found my music to be extremely clear of any background noise.
