Anyone know where to order parts, or can parts be ordered for charging piece that’s on top?

I had the same problem, and Aiper replied asking me for a screenshot of the part. I sent them the screenshot and they responded saying that they have no record of my order, when all I wanted to do was buy replacement parts.

It’s been over 2 weeks now and I still haven’t heard from this company!! I guess that I am going to have to buy another cleaner from a different company! Because this company doesn’t care about customer service!!

The deep end of my pool is 8.5'. Will this work? Would would happen?

Yes it will work the only consideration is how long you leave the cord to pull it out once it stops to be charged. I would make it longer in case it stops in the deep end. Not sure how big your pool it but we have a 33’ round above ground and I wish the battery was longer because of the size of the pool.

I have a intex 16 x 32 rectangle pool what is the settings

We do 40 right, 20 left for our 12 x 24 and seems to get the whole pool. Took quite a few tries before we got it set.
