Not a sheath …
I just got this and it doesn’t even make sense how it’s suppose to work … there is no sleeve(sheathing) for the blade to go in … the blade will cut the straps and or cut you !! The blade is exposed … if this is how it’s meant to be worn I would advise anyone not to buy this product it makes no sense at all … and could cause injury … absolute crap

Great durable backing.
For those wondering it does fit the ESEE LaserStrike. Added pictures. Weighs about 4 ounces. Mine came with 4 screws. Seems durable and appears to have a plastic piece in the back to maintain rigidness. The real key part is it lowers the knife from your belt which is a huge bonus to utility compared to the stock clip plate on the LaserStrike... plus the snap allows for a much lighter tension on the kydex retainer (I don't use the top cover for bonus retention, I'm not jumping from a plane).My only complaint is the price at $50... come'on ESEE.

Not a real molle
Like a real one but probably made in china, the molle attachment was not a molle attachment. Not fit with molle strap. Not a product to buy.
