Doesn't Work
Unfortunately my installation location wasn't ready until after my return window had already expired. Once I installed the fireplace we loved the looks of it as well as all the media options, unfortunately the flames did not work and I am unable to return it at this point. I can't find any contact information for the manufacturer to find out if there is any warranty available or to even find if this is a common issue with an easy fix. I'd give it 5 stars if it worked.

Not what you think it is!
The background is a mirror. When you look at the fireplace, you are looking into a mirror... not a dark background. I tried the toll free number and all it does is ring. I tried the website and it says the site is under construction. Huh? I did send an email and I got an answer right back. It says all the backgrounds are mirrors. Pictures are very, very misleading.
