Good quality and good product , arrived in time

Clearly states on the information for this pillow that it was a single piece of memory foam. That it would spring back into shape. So after the first night, it was flat and lumpy. So I unzipped the case and found that it was full of coloured lumpy cut off pieces of sponge. The photos are not very clear, but you can see from the sides that it is not straight. £29.99 for two roll pillows that are full of scrap bits, probably off the floor, is unacceptable and dishonest. Absolutely disgusted.

This product is absolute rubbish and gives no support whatsoever. It is completely falsely described as memory foam ...when it is in fact nothing but cheap nasty off cuts of foam. Don't waste your money on this unless you want a bad neck. I shall be reporting this illegally false advertising to the relevant government trade description department.

These pillow rolls are awful - they are packed hard with lumpy foam - they r not soft or mold to your neck - absolutely rubbish - I’m returning for a refund ! Not happy at all !

I only received one inner foam!! No cover and no second pillow

I used this for my neck. The product is what it says it is, a memory foam cervical neck roll. It's also a great price so I am giving it 5 stars. I feel like the comfort and pain relief might be subjective due to your neck conditions. (the pillow case says bambus and not bamboo, but felt like that didn't really matter so I am not removing a star for that) Since there were two, I gave one to my significant other. He enjoys sleeping with it inside his pillowcase wedged on his current pillow. He says he sleeps a little longer than usual now and it seems to help him. So funny because he didn't have a problem before, he is just benefiting :). I read somewhere that a cervical roll can help with snoring. He still snores, but maybe it's not as bad. :) For myself- I bought this to have better neck alignment due to staring at my phone and a computer screen for a larger portion of my day than I'd like. I didn't like the curve on my back/neck and thought I'd give this a try. I was worried that this memory foam might not be as dense and more soft (really not supportive like some memory foam) but I was pleasantly surprised that this has both some give and yet does push back. I tried laying on this for a bit with it being placed under my upper back above shoulders/lower neck, with chin pointed at the ceiling, head on bed (no other pillow). It took a few minutes but I started noticing a tightness on my right side of my neck, so I knew this was doing something. I tried to slowly move my neck and head and stretch a little to work the muscle/tightness out. That seemed to help a little. I also was scared to sleep all night with it.. so have used it only for short naps.. (the second time I used it, I heard a cracking from my neck, good I think :) ) I only used this a few times and have been doing neck stretches and I feel like maybe there has been improvement. When I use it now my neck doesn't feel as tight anymore. But I have yet to sleep a full night with it. I'll try to update this a few months from now! I suggest though,... if you have a lot of neck pain to seek advice from a doctor, and to be careful what you use. I actually didn't realize how tight my neck would feel with this till I actually used it. I think that if you have a lot of pain, this is going to be applying pressure to the curve of your neck (depending on neck and size of neck) and could cause some discomfort. You might want to try rolling a towel to the same diameter of this and seeing how that works for you first. If you are looking for something that will push back and support your neck when you lay on it, this does seem to do that.

These have been great for support for sleep. Great between knees or hip support. Love these and can easily unzip cover to wash. Excellent.

I bought the "2 Pack Bamboo Cervical Neck Roll Memory Foam Pillow, Bolster Pillow, Round Neck Pillows Support for Sleep..." and I absolutely love them! I bought an additional set (4 pillows total) and have gifted a pillow to 2 friends recently. We all have chronic pain from old neck injuries and complain of acute pain and even headaches sometimes. I occasionally have flare-ups from neck tension and excessive shoulder use and when I do I make sure to spend a few nights in a row sleeping on this pillow. It always helps my spine, tendons and neck muscles realign, which soothes my pain and tension after sleeping on it and helps me lead a normal, pain-free life. It's large enough to provide lift for my head, and the memory foam is soft enough to let my neck sink into the pillow in a super comfortable way. I sleep soundly on it. For side sleeping in the middle of the night, I turn the pillow on a diagonal so the back of my head rests up off the bed and one of the pillow ends sort of follows my jawline. This is a wonderful pillow!
