Terrible really… suddenly after a few months of very light use, half the keyboard isn’t working and no way to access the data. It took us more than 10 emails to support to get a proper reply. Out of Australia, we need to ship it for assessment first and with our data on it before we get a reply. Despite the manufacturer fault, we’re still required to pay shipment to and from the US, ridiculous really. Looks elsewhere.

Bought this and can't use it. Didn't notice it was a USB-C. Product tile is misleading.

They claim this dumb drive is FIPS 140-3 compliant. It isn't. It is 140-2 (level 3) not the same thing. I don't believe for a second that's an innocent mistake. Or they'd have changed it LONG ago! Also, I wanted to install QubesOS (a highly secure OS) on this thumb drive. Qubes requires a minimum of 32GB thumb drive. Guess which size I bought? You guessed right 32GB. Guess how much usable space it provides? 31GB! So if you need 32GB - you must buy the 64GB! Doh! Now for the kind words...This drive is VERY well built. Sturdy. I like how the buttons feel. I like how the lights behave. I like the heavy rubberized plastic cover. Speaking to APRICORN - this is a great product but a deceptive title! (e.g. FIPS140-3 and 32GB)

Based on it's features and description, this might be the best out there for what you need for a secured usb storage.What I don't like is the manual key pad on the usb itself which is makes it too bulky and sticking out too long (almost 3 inches). Setting up the admin pin, unlocking and adding a user pin and paying attention to the blue or green LED and how many blinks is just way too complicated. I think this is great if you intend to use this for devices other than computers like downloading videos from a operating microscope but if you only need it for computer use where you can enter your pin on the screen, this keypads are a hassle. I wish they make a comparable flash drive without they keypad where you just enter your password on the computer.
