Outstanding Customer Service!
Please do not hesitate to purchase this company's products, they absolutely stand behind what they make & are there when you need them. I purchased (2) of these from Amazon Warehouse & they were listed as like new, but with damaged boxes. During the installation of the 1st one I noticed I was missing the mounting screws in the box of the 2nd one. After I got everything wired up, I connected the 1st unit up & nothing, no power or any signs of life. I got the 2nd unit & tried it instead & it powered right up. So I basically had to use (2) to make (1) working. I contacted the company directly via email & explained the situation to them. I got a response in 17 minutes! ๐คฏ Not only that, the Rep wanted to confirm I had (1) of the (2) working correctly, which I did. The Rep immediately had a brand new unit sent to me via Amazon. I received the replacement in 2 days!!๐คฏ This company's main concern is the satisfaction of their customers & their support demonstrates just that. I am completely blown away by how awesome & quickly the problem was handled & fixed. The reason I bought (2) was to replace the light over the garage door with a flood light & add a camera so I can see down the driveway. The other one was to replace the light next to the back door with a flood light & add a camera so I can see out into the backyard. The light is bright enough at 50% that it literally lights up my entire backyard! The camera supports both SD & HD modes, as well as, night vision. It also comes with a 128GB SD card already in the camera, which can be removed and/or replaced. I am extremely happy with not only the performance of the product, but the company's support as well.

Started out great until I switched internet providers
Nothing is easy for me to install, so I guess thatโs really not fair for me to not mark it as a five star! My only complaint is the quality of the photo is not the best. I do believe you get what you pay for however. If I were to spend a lot more money, the quality of the photo would be much clearer. so for the price, I would recommend it. I love that it dings every time someone comes into my driveway so I can look before. I decide if Iโm gonna answer the door or not! Itโs also nice to know when the mailman shows up as mail theft has been getting worse throughout the decades. Iโve already recommended this too many people. Itโs easy to adjust the brightness and boy as it get bright. Update :7:30:24 this product worked great until I changed internet providers. It totally quit working after that. I spent hours both on the phone and on line with the company trying to solve the problem. I was told by a staff member that 50% quit working after there is a service change! After wasting hours of my time, I get an email today that says since itโs been longer than a year, thereโs nothing they can do! They know they have a faulty product and they admitted to it. Had it been an issue of warranty they wouldโve told me three weeks ago when we started this process that itโs out of warranty and thereโs nothing they can do.

Security Camera
Itโs doesnโt support 5 GHz WiFi .Before ordering you have to check your WiFi or you have to switch 5Ghz WiFi to 2.4 GHz WiFi . Itโs support only 2.4Ghz WiFi.

Impressed!
This is a great flood light camera! Im impressed by how heavy duty it seems. I bought this for my parents and they installed it right away. The lights are bright and the camera is great and very clear. The app is so easy to work with and installation was a breeze!

Absolute wreck of an app.
I've tried to make this camera work for 5 months now, and for a short week it actually connected. However, during even the week that it worked, the resolution was so terrible that I couldn't make out faces of people in broad daylight. There are no pros to this camera. The cons however, can go on forever. The night vision is trash. Black and white images all blur together in a mush. The motion detection is laughable, only catching the most obvious movements. I could walk all around my driveway without it detecting me until I walked right up to the front porch. And the app they require you to install to use the camera? Look at the reviews on Google play, that should tell you all you need to know. Like I mentioned, the camera will not connect, just constantly loading, waiting for some encryption. As of now, the only use I get out of this camera is a floodlight that only turns on when you walk directly under it, and occasionally a notification with a picture when it detects movement. For 110$ this is definitely not worth. What a joke.

Straight forward install, only phone app, sensitive motion detection
I have been using this light for several weeks. Very happy with the light level, app could use some help. Installed this where an existing light was mounted so we did not need to provide new wiring. The install is fairly straight forward as you wire & attach the base & then attach the floodlight / camera to the base with 1 screw. You wire the base & make sure you install this facing in the correct direction. The light/camera piece attached with 1 center screw & has contacts in the back that gets the power from the base you just installed. We have this mounted under an eve so you are not limited to a wall mount. After you have this connected & powered up you need to have their app installed on your phone. Your phone also needs to be connected to the 2.4G wireless network the camera will be running in. The camera does not have a wired option, wireless only. Once you get the app & camera in pairing mode, you hold the phone a few inches from the camera so it can see the QR code being displayed. You control everything through the app on your phone or tablet. Unfortunately they don't offer a Windows / Mac software so you are stuck with viewing the images on a tiny screen. We have other cameras installed that does offer Windows software which helps with viewing on a larger monitor. The light does have brightness adjustments & provides a good fill light. I had to add some tape to block off some light as it was shining in our neighbor's 2nd floor bedroom window. You can turn on or off the light manually with the app, no light switch control. The motion only has 3 levels of sensitivity (Low, Medium, High). Even on low this is constantly going off from people, dogs or cars driving by over 35' away. I can walk by or drive by at times & it won't trigger being only 10 feet away. I am glad I found where to shut off the notifications. It still records the events, I am just not constantly notified. (an event is triggered event 5 minutes or so day or night it seems on low ) The siren is manually run from the app. It is not super loud but will get your attention, so if you see someone lurking you can manually trigger the siren for example. There is also an option for 1 way or 2 way communication. When you view a notification, it shows a image. As the image won't rotate & expand when you turn you phone, all you can do is open pinch to expand. Even with that it limits how much you can expand, so you can see there was a person, but can't really get a good look. It also has no linkage to the video that was recorded so if you want to view that, you need to note the time & then switch to the recorded video & look for that time stamp by using a scroll bar. The image quality is good. I find it a little washed out in daylight mode. I do have it constantly running on an Android tablet so I can see what is going on, when I get a delivery & such while working from home. The app does have issues where it will drop the connection several times a day (even with 87% or higher signal strength, normally an 'construction encryption channel failed' error). With that I can reconnect but sometimes I do need to shut down the app & restart it several times a day. Our other wireless IP Camera does not have this issue. Night vision is fairly good for this type of camera. The IR light is more of a spot light directly in the direction the camera head is pointed. With lights from across the street I do get good overall night coverage. The app does want to constantly run in the background so you will get your notifications. I have not had any issues with when we have had a power outage or if someone turn off the light (connected to a light switch) needing to re-setup the camera. As we don't use Alexia or Google Assistant I can't comment how well this integrates with those services. Hopefully the app will get updates & mature (so not so clunks & like features are together instead of spread out) with time along with firmware updates to add better control & correct the encryption connection errors. Also a Windows / MAC software option would be great instead of just an Android / Apple app,
