Does this mini pc have windows pre-installed on it, and/or is there anything other than accessories I need to buy for it?

Depending on the seller, it will have either Windows 10 or 11. If it comes with 10 it can be upgraded to 11, and if it's a good seller they will provide a link to Windows 11 at no charge. You can select models with different amounts of ram, hard drive capacity, and even install a second hard drive. Think of the mini PC as a small tower with everything it needs to work right out of the box. You still need the same accessories as you would for a tower ( keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer, DVD, etc.). The mini PC boots so fast that if you want to enter the BIOS, you might need a wired keyboard for that purpose only.
