INCREDIBLE! Off the charts delicious, AND, as someone who has struggled with gut issues and food sensitivities, I’m blown away by how easy these Otto’s Naturals cassava flour mixes are on my gut!! Even better than almond flour! So truly GRATEFUL to have found this brand and this new flour option that I have tears of joy in my eyes. Worth every penny — invest in your health! My husband and I are HOOKED on the cookie and brownie mixes and can’t wait to try the Otto’s Naturals cassava flour next in baking our own homemade baked goods. For these cookies, we did 2 batches — one with organic Enjoy chocolate chips and one with Dutch Press cocoa and chocolate chips — and they were both flawless. We are addicted to Otto’s! Great after some adjustments. First time I made it I followed what was written (24 cookies, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c butter). I added 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder. The mix was very dry and hard to make balls. But I made somewhat balls with the dry dough. They baked well; crispy and not dry. I wanted to try again. 2nd time I used 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 c butter, 3 scoops protein powder and a few teaspoons of water. Baked 12 minutes. Soft cookies, a bit bigger. Perfect looking pretty much. Raw dough was much easier to handle and form balls. Once they cooled they were a bit crunchy but a tad soft. Sometimes the recipe needs a tad of tweaking but I do love this mix and I'll use my adjustment from now on when I add stuff (chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, etc) next time.

My cookies come out perfect as long as you follow the instructions, however I think there is too much sugar in the mix which makes the cookies to sweet.

These are THE best grain free gluten free cookies. The mix allows you to make several different types of cookies, all fantastic! We like the chocolate chip cookies, just add sugar free semi sweet chocolate. These are as good as bakery bought!

I had to go on an elimination diet for breastfeeding so i was dying to find some sort of cookie i could eat. These make it really easy, but it took some work to figure out the recipe. First, sifting the dry mix keeps it from being grainy. Definitely do that as you pour the bag into your bowl. I subbed the egg with flax seed (1tbsp flax and a little shy of 3 tbsp water). I used pumpkin for the butter (1/2 cup pumpkin for the 1/2 cup butter). It was dry so I added 6 tbsp of maple syrup. I use a cookie scoop so they are bigger than the recipe says to make. Because of the maple syrup and size i bake them on a lower heat (325 F) for 20 minutes. They’re delicious. For these i added a 1/4 cup cocoa because we found out my girl can handle it (yay!!). All around a huge win. Just wish they weren’t so expensive because i end up eating the whole bag in less than 2 days.

I love that you need 1 egg, butter and voila you have yummy cookies that are easy on my tummy! I cannot have gluten and dairy and try to avoid all the lectins and these are my Answer!!! I love that you can add whatever you like to make the cookies you want I.e. choc chips, cinnamon, marshmallow etc (you get the idea) They are good gooey, crispy and of course cooked, which only takes 12 mins!! I have signed up for subscribe & save bc they are that Good!!! I don’t want to tell you guys bc then grocery stores will be empty of it, but I will bc I can’t keep them to myself, right I’m not selfish like that lol Go buy them!

Really versatile product. I've made regular cookies, pan cookies & the last one's yesterday with mayo (not with egg & butter) into little breakfast protein cakes. It's a great base.

This cookie mix was really simple, and I needed to add a little bit of my own stuff to make it more fancy. And I did! I had vegan chocolate chips. The instructions were easy, the ingredient list was short, the cookies tasted fantastic. I would definitely buy this mix again.

I had the dbl choco brownies from this company and OMG— I was in love. It tasted like normal brownies and my world was complete again. lol I bought more and also saw these cookie mixtures. I made them peanut butter chocolate chip— and I’m not overly impressed. It tastes like an overly sweetener gritty cookie with a slightly off putting artificial after taste. Perhaps I didn’t notice it in the brownies because I also added maple extract, but I feel like the peanut butter and chocolate chips should help elevate it in these. I give brownies a 5/5 but these cookies are a 3/5. Thanks
