I’ve shaken thick protein blends with oat milk and peanut butter in this bottle, then rolled it around in a gym bag with a laptop and clean clothes. Not once did it leak or dribble. The screw lid threads tightly and clicks with a confident turn, and the flip cap sits flush, not springy or flimsy like on some larger bottles I’ve tested. I even did an upside-down soak test for 20 minutes in a sink to mimic a worst-case spill scenario — not a single drop escaped. Great shaker for those who want to get their pre workout down quickly instead of drowning in half a liter of water. Mixes well with the included screen that easily clips to the lid, durable and sleek with the ML clearly marked on the side. Absolutely no leaks and washes extremely easily.

It's a great size, perfect for a single 300ml serving. It is also leak proof with a sensible screw top. Overall it's a nice design. Loses a star as the mixing isn't that good when using powders, certainly not as good as the "metal ball" ones which give a smoother texture. Decent though and good value.

Favourite shaker by far.Easy to take apart and clean. Hold the perfect dose for a decent tasting protein shake.Lid is easy to drink through but hasn't popped off like some others I've used. High quality for the price.Really no complaints about it at all, used it for nearly 12 months now and no concerns about durability at all.The little grate inside definitely helps to break up the clumps and get a decent mix going. I prefer it this way over the annoying little shaker balls in other types.

Perfect for my slim fast shakes as they are 250ml I could even drink from the hole or take the lid off. Mixes shake well not had any lumps. Leak proof. You could take it in your bag but I don’t I mix it at 6.30 then put it in a flask to have for my dinner at 1.30 s ok the milk is still cold. Brilliant but highly recommend. Easy washed.

Just the right size. First use no leaks

It is fiddly to get it closed using the larger top. The small is loose and will probably get lost.
