In my personal opinion, this is a nutritional supplement absolutely worth taking. If you’re looking for one good supplement to start with, go for spirulina + chlorella. It is a huge nutritional bang for your buck. I do notice an increase in overall energy and just general feeling of wellness when I am taking these consistently. I tried chewing them once, and that was a mistake - they stuck to my teeth and the flavor was just horrible. Like eating swamp gunk. The inside of the bag also smells like the color green if it was soaking wet from a swim in the ocean. But swallowing with a large glass of water - no problem at all, not much taste. They are not coated (which is a good thing btw), and I find it a little difficult to swallow just one at a time. I prefer taking three tablets at a time, and they actually go down very easy that way. I’ll take anywhere from 3 to 12 a day. I find especially when I take close to bedtime, that they have an incredible effect on my dreams. My dreams are more vibrant, more colorful, there are more “characters,” the plots are longer and more complicated, and it’s just more enjoyable to dream overall. Love this product. I have bought multiple times now. I even give these to my 4 dogs, and they think they are treats. See a difference for them and myself. I dont take alot of products or pills but these i will continue to use. No bad taste. Doenst really have a smell. Clean ingredients. We'll made foil bag that holds up. Decent amount.
