These are the best...I love the lines, which make my writing much neater on them. They stick well to most walls, but not so sticky they make a big mess if you need to roll some up together.

The sheets do have adhesive backing at the top of each page that allows you to tear it off the pad and "stick" it to the wall of your office or meeting room. This is a great advantage as you can keep the previous items in view as you continue to document the next discussion. A good value and works as advertized. I would purchase this unit from this seller again.

Great quality pads, but the cost is a little outrageous in my opinion.

Although the grid version of the post it flipcharts is a little bit more expensive, They’re totally worth it if you are using the flipchart and a seminar or public training session. The grids help keep writing level and drawing charts quickly that look far better. The paper is a perfect thickness, Not too heavy, and yet it never bleeds through. I always prefer to purchase these from Amazon because they come in a cardboard box that I used to transport it. Therefore they don’t get damaged. I am very happy with the performance of these. I keep these on auto order at the office.

I use these for large signs and anchor charts in my classroom. I love the gridlines which make writing level easy. No more writing up a hill! Also, it's easy to use these for showing graphs.
