I would have to say it depends on your freezer，About 2-3 hours！

Is this silicone safe to put in the oven to use to cook with as well?

I wouldn’t use they to cook, since the description doesn’t mention it. I only use them for ice makers and I love it.

How much should you fill these?

I'm still trying to figure this out. Water expands when frozen. My last cubes were made with water , you just need to fill water in trays to 90%.
