I'm a big fan of slip leads. I have one dog who will not wear a collar. I think a shock collar was misused on her. Maybe shock collars just suck I don't know if never used one. So if you put a collar on her, she kind of runs and hides until you take it off she will act like you are standing there smacking her. It is really sad. She will wear harness but she still won't be happy about it. Slip leads are a happy medium. How I have no idea it still goes around her neck. But it works. And on top of that it helps her with walking if she happens to be pulling too much. I also have a dog that has a tiny head that goes straight into a neck. She can wiggle out of just about anything you put on her. We have this one vest that works as a harness because it's tight enough around her chest. She literally slips out of everything with that tiny head. However, the slip lead, only tightens if she pulls on it. So she can't get out of it. I just made it sound like she's a terrible dog. She isn't. But if she wants to get away, she generally can. This little Chihuahua, she got some cojones. She has ran up to Dobermans. Not a good idea. She thinks she is the biggest baddest little thing in the world. So we got to keep her safe and make sure she can't get out of nothing. I love this lead for our puppy. I use it in the house during this training period. It is very easy to put on and take off, but the fake leather was chewed off right away. I would suggest a more durable/dog-proof material to replace the spots where the fake leather is.

Really excellent. No problems at all. Our dog trainer was also super impressed with the quality. I bought a few more to keep on hand.

Good for small dogs. These are very thin and could cut your hand if you're dog pulls. No grip, not sturdy for big dogs, uncomfortable on your hands

This is the best slip lead leash ever. Lightweight but very sturdy. Handle is easy to hold and comfortable. Stopper stays in place and is easy to adjust around my dog's neck for proper placement. Very comfortable around the dogs' neck. Well-made and the price is great. Makes walking an easy better experience for both me and my dog. I am extremely happy with this leash. Thanks.

Good lead for my spaniel. She still pulls but I think that’s just her-she enjoys the choke it seems. Very long but my fault for not reading description
