The pills don't work as well as my husband thought they would, as to be expected the commercials are just hype.

As with most supplements you're supposed to take several capsules per day and almost always have to take it for longer than the quantity available in one bottle to experience the benefit(s) of said supplement. That takes a lot of commitment, and after a few weeks one might expect to see a noticeable impact - I did not feel any different. Maybe I should have taken it longer but I'm thinking better diet and more exercise is far more beneficial than these pills. And yes Amazon they're appropriately easy to swallow, with no unpleasant flavor. I suppose this could work for some people. I am not one of them. I was really hoping to feel like a retired middle aged pro athlete. Instead I felt like a middle aged, middle class, middle management, middle of the road type guy.
