Not much to say about these. They snapped right into the handles I already had. Had the same tension as the one's I was replacing (which had lasted for years)

My old one broke after 10 years

I had hoped to find a 4 ft resistance tube. The 5 ft works OK but does not provide as much resistance as my previous 4ft. The problem I have with these tubes is they wear away where the tubing is in contact with the door holding strap and become weak and can break causing injury to the user.

Similar to resistance cables I use at physical therapy for a shoulder injury. These allow me to build strength in my shoulder between therapy sessions. Good quality at a good price. The quick change handles make it easy to change resistance levels as needed.

Part of a set, allows for quick increase to resistance. Remember, go slow on the retraction to double your output! :-]

I use these tubes for physiotherapy and they work very well. Had purchased some from Lifeline in the past but they don’t ship to Canada anymore for some reason. Lifeline won’t tell you how to put the plugs in if you want to shorten them as they want you to buy another tube. In the past you could buy lengths of tubes and the plugs so custom lengths could be made for different applications. They no longer offer that either so I had to go a different route as a workaround. Will buy again when these wear out. If they are still available.
